The hotel's location is ideal, private and quiet at night. The room is spacious and well-equipped, with a nice balcony. The breakfast is great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has a lovely skylight view of the stars.

I was blown away by the fine view from my room at Basecamp. The sight of the mountains took my breath away every morning. The room itself was spacious and clean, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of hiking. The staff were very good too make me feel welcome, providing helpful advice on exploring the area. The cooked-to-order breakfast was a good start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a nice stay in the heart of nature.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Zermatt. The location was perfect, as we were close to restaurants and cafes. It was also really convenient to be just a couple minutes away from everything in town. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a lovely bathroom. The service was outstanding, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The breakfast offered a great selection of hot food. it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely return.
The comforters on the bed were a bit too luxurious and made it difficult to stay cool, even with the windows open.

This hotel is a hidden gem with a lovely down-to-earth feel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer breathtaking views of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and the nearby rail station.
